For our client, an online plattform for used entertainment items, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) with French language skills. Our customer specializes in the purchase of used books, CDs, films, games and fashion. These products are sold in an online shop. The company benefits from the fact that people tend to sell things they have no use for any more very cheap.

Your tasks:

• Receiving and following-up of customer inquiries and complaints
• Reply to customer inquiries
• Professional and goal-oriented communication with the customer
• Enter and update customer master data
• Processing of invoice requests and payments
• Information on products

Your profile:

• Very good knowledge of French in word and writing
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• High service orientation
• general IT knowledge
• Team player
• professional in customer support / customer service
