Trade Support Analyst Chicago Purpose of the Role We are searching for a qualified entry level candidate to join our Client Services team. The candidate should have a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic trading environment. We seek a self-starter that can work independently as well as thrive and contribute to a growing team. Responsibilities Provide level 1 trade, system and integration support at the direction of the client support manager. Such responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide first-level telephone, chat and email support to clients using either GUI-based or automated remote trading applications Trade support and application-level troubleshooting of orders generated by our company's proprietary algorithms Troubleshoot system and client connectivity issues Investigate order routing issues between the company and multiple execution brokers Perform QA of internal trading tools, algorithms and risk applications and document as needed Assist in client-onboarding and account creation Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Concentrations on Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Computer Science are preferred Previous financial industry or trading experience a plus Experience in the financial industry Experience or working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, US Equities and Derivatives (Indexes and Options), Futures Required to obtain the SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses within 6 months of employment, a huge plus if you already have these licenses Professional, motivated attitude Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple issues in a fast pace, high pressured technology environment Independent self-starter and a keen attention to detail is a must Local to the Chicago land area Benefits and What to Expect Highly competitive pay, benefits and bonus structure Position requires that you be vaccinated against Covid-19 Hybrid work environment; remote first or office-occasionally Work with high-caliber and innovative professionals Access to unlimited snacks and beverages in our lounge area State of the art office 401K plan and match Progressive time-off benefits Gym membership at our building fitness center on our floor Divvy bike access A fun and collaborative environment OOJ-1184 (JPC-184)
