eCRM Transactional Communication Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• You and your team own the company s transactional communications journeys which are substantially supporting our conversion funnel
• In order to be successful you need a deep understanding of our business processes, funnel dynamics and the end-to-end customer journey.
• You will be working on improving our communication journey based on data-driven hypotheses and a/b testing and using hyper-personalization as well as automation to scale processes.
• As a sparring partner to your team s Product Manager you will discuss and conceptualize necessary improvements to the technical setup in order to make your team more efficient.
• You will initiate and drive cross-functional and cross-team initiatives building features to be tested and implemented in your communication journeys in order to achieve your goal of providing the best possible experience for our customers.

Must-haves

• 1-3 yrs experience in (customer) communication, eCRM marketing, digital marketing or marketing consultancy
• Solution-driven mindset and hypothesis and data-driven approach
• Basic understanding of email domain (words like ip address, subdomain, reputation, rDNS do not sound strange to you)
• Fluent German

Nice-to-haves:

• Work experience in FinTech domain or other performance orientated online business
• BA or MA degree with above-average academic performance (preferably with a focus on business, marketing or communication).
