Position: Mandarin Finance Assistant Industry: Spa and Lifestyle Club Location: Pasay City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule 9:00-6:00 pm Salary: Negotiable Work Set up: Onsite (Interviews are online and face to face final) REQUIREMENTS: Can speak, read and write Mandarin and English Accountancy/Finance Graduate or any related course With working experience as a Finance Manager/Accounting Manager DUTIES: Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions Prepare balance sheets Track and reconcile bank statements Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs) Process tax payments Support monthly payroll and keep organized records Record accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed Provide administrative support during budget preparation Participate in quarterly and annual audits Recruitment Process Initial interview Final Interview Job Offer
