Legal Counsel - Real Estate (m/f/d)

At Deep Blue Recruitment, we are hiring a Legal Counsel for a remote PropTech company with an HQ in Berlin, Mitte. Sitting in a medium-sized legal team, you will manage Real Estate specific topics on an international level as the business continues to expand its global reach.

Tasks

• Supporting the Real Estate business as it continues to expand globally.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases for major international projects.
• Providing legal advice for new market entries, focusing on Regulatory and Real Estate law.
• Conducting and managing commercial negotiations.
• Coordination of partnerships with external law firms.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience working with real estate law in a law firm or in-house.
• Technical understanding and interest in real estate-specific contexts.
• You are a German-qualified lawyer.
• Fluent in English and German language.
• Independent, reliable, responsible, and structured way of working.
