Production and Publishing Assistant - Kids channels

Electrify is looking for a highly organised individual who is looking to build upon their early video production career, is passionate about kids' content and thrives in producing content for digital platforms.

Our channels have strong puppet-based and live-action characters, with a sense of fun, learning and adventure that appeal to pre-school aged children.

We are looking for a proactive self-starter to help us connect the dots between teams and assist in creating fun, educational and sometimes silly content. If this sounds like you - we want to hear from you!

This is an entry-level position for someone passionate about digital content, social media and video production in the Kids' space who will have the opportunity to turn their hand to a number of exciting tasks and projects.

Tasks

• Purchasing and coordination of props and deliveries.
• Assisting with remote filming production processes.
• Having awareness of every stage of the video production process for each asset produced.
• Day-to-day liaison with the Content Manager as well as key members of the production team.
• Writing posts, adding metadata and Publishing assets to YouTube and other social platforms.
• Assist with community management and interactions with our audience.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of localising video content into different languages (no extra language skills are required, although Spanish would be a bonus)
• Research and provide administrative help when required.
• Asset management and archiving of content.

Requirements

• Entry-level position but previous experience in a junior production role beneficial
• Comfortable with online purchasing of props and resources for use in productions, keeping track of receipts, and dealing with delivery schedules to deadlines.
• Great communication skills as the role requires constant communication between teams and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised person with great attention to detail skills and highly reliable.
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of / passion for kids' content is a plus.
• Comfortable with a remote working environment
• Passion for YouTube and Kids content.
• Fast internet connection.
