Java Solution Architect

Role: Solutions Architect Java/Springboot Location: Seattle, WA Remote/Onsite): Day1 onsite/hybrid Mandatory Skills: Technical skills - J2EE: Java, Springboot - Web services: REST, SOAP - XML Technologies: XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, XQuery - DB: Oracle, SQL - Communication Protocol: HTTP(s), Queue based messaging and events understanding [RBMQ, EMS] - Messaging Format: XML, SOAP, JSON To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology JD: To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements Reviews on the architecture and design deliverables and support as an SME To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of Architectural/Design experience. Experience in designing/solutioining in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed and often ambiguous environment. Experience working in cross functional groups including customers/users, software, supply chain, logistics, design, test, reliability, and failure analysis. Excellent cross-organizational verbal and written communication skills to provide status and manage expectations. Technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge statements and assumptions working with respective product and technology owners. Ability to drive projects with many cross-dependencies between independent teams and deliver results that are coherent and broadly supported. Ability to drive projects with Cloud platform and Microservices/APIs
