Job Description

This is a massive opportunity for someone to join us at the ground level as a highly disciplined, work-from-home employee. We are looking for an Assistant Recruiter who can identify potential candidates for our clients. A few of our clients have urgent hiring needs, and they have multiple seats to fill. We need someone to help identify potential candidates. Please have extensive experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and conducting interviews.

Your role will also include marketing efforts to grow our Recruiting offerings.

We are open to someone working Full or Part-time with flexibility in your schedule. We are open to remote employees but highly prefer someone to be located in Oregon or Washington.

We are a 4-10 (Mon-Thur) organization with Fri and Sat only during our busy season (Labor Day through Thanksgiving). This is a work-from-home position. There is a high preference to hire someone who resides within Washington state, but we are open to hiring remotely with the proper credentials.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years experience in recruitment/Staffing activities
  

• Exceptional communication and follow-up abilities
  

• Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing methods
  

• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Zoho Recruit
  

• Knowledge of Google Drive and Dropbox

• 11 paid holidays per year + your birthday
  

• We are closed fromthe last two weeks
  

Compensation:

• Draw can be up to $3,500 per month, any amount over $2,500 is recoverable by the company; $2,500 guaranteed base pay (if working Full-time = 40 hrs per week)
  

• Commissions will be 25% of placement fee that will be billed by the company
  

• commissions can start accumulating as of Day 1
