About the Company
Executive recruitment company MatchaTalent is recruiting on behalf of our client which isHongshi Holdings Group (called Singa Merah Group), one of top finest 500 companies from China Mainland, and the second biggest private cement manufacturer. They have three core businesses, there are cement company, environmental services, and financial investment corporate. In 2021, Singa Merah Group has RMB 62,5 billion or IDR 136 trillion operated by 16 thousand employees. At the same time, their sales achievement up to 105,53 million ton and note RMB 8.5 billion as operating profit.
Based on cement industry, this factory applying a modernized drying technology which is producing low carbon cement products, safe for environment. The producing process, technology, equipments, and environmental safety procedure are classified at worldwide standard in their 100 million ton production regularly. SInga Merah Group has 50 large scale cement factories in Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Fujian, and also international branches such as Laos, Nepal, Indonesia, and Myanmar.
Indonesia Location:
1. Jember, East Java
2. East Kutai, East Kalimantan
Responsibilities:
- Supporting management in scheduling and operating the marine logistics
- Coordinating with other internal departments and external institutions. to ensure marine logistics are operating safely, effectively, and efficient
- Handling the vessels, bulk carry or cement barge operation within two companies (Kutai Timur and Jember regions)
Requirements
- 2+ years experiences dealing with ship operation especially vessels, bulk carry or cement barge
- Experienced working at Chinese employer would be a strong plus
- Having knowledge of ship budgeting and project monitoring such as ship docking etc.
- Understand and be able to implement ISM, and other quality standard such as ISO etc.
- Having knowledge of ship seaworthiness and ship operation
- Responsible, self-discipline, able to work under pressure, attention to detail.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office aplication
- Willing to stay out of his/her home town and traveling everywhere. (Mostly two regions: Jember, East Java or Kutai Timur, East Kalimantan)
