For our TOPCON Positioning Solutions BU Italy we are looking for a

Business Development Manager Building Construction

Job Purpose

Business development expert in Topcon s Building Construction solutions.

Creating and maintaining business within a specific region by finding and managing relevant distribution channels

Core Job Duties

Commercial expert in our Building Construction solutions

Finding new and managing exiting distributors for our Building Construction solutions

Promote our Building Construction solutions by various publicity and visibility activities, and working with our Marketing Team on strategic marketing activities

Create and drive a strategic business plan for our Building Construction solutions within a specific country/region

Proactively work with Product Management to ensure our solution meets customer expectations and market potential

Proactively work with our Operations Team to ensure the logistics, ordering and delivery activities are optimized

Requisiti

Fluent English, driving license, willingness to travel

Experience with finding and managing distribution partners. Practical experience with construction projects, especially software and data workflows

Familiar with modern construction practices.

Confident and convincing appearance with our business partners, excellent communication skills, experience with sales and marketing activities

50% or more of the time and managing people is a core duty of the job
