Technical Solutions Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will need to become a subject matter expert (SME) on products and solutions for client's sales and technical teams, including both technical and market aspects. Your role will be to:

Evangelize product's best practices to customers, sales people, and engineers to improve the design and integration of their solutions

Act as a technical solution architect and consultant for customer's technical teams

Pre-sales: Prep of Technical Assets, including demoware, pre-sales meetings

Production: Regular meetings, address issues, prep for support response

Help accelerate revenue, maintain customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues

Work with at least 1 key post-production customer with the possibility of managing up to 4 post-production customers.

Support pre-sales POCs and deals, acting as the product specialist.

Drive resolution of customer escalations, issues and deployment obstacles

Write and review technical documentation
