New technologies are influencing work in many ways. We are talking about technologies creating more diverse and inclusive work environments. And people working in less traditional and tedious jobs.
The workplace is being reimagined. For some companies, the workspaces become physical destinations that add value to their employee s work. Others define the workplace as a phygital (physical+digital) environment to stimulate collaboration, creation and performance.
The definition of workforce is a broader concept. The workforce can no longer be understood as the traditional employee/employer relationship. We are talking about people working fully remote or in hybrid models (partially working from home). They can also be individuals working in part-time, contract or freelance positions.
Considering these changing models and those to come, we want to contribute to building the nexgeneration workforce.

As part of our activity to develop the nexgeneration workforce, nexgen careers hosts between 300 and 400 students from across the EU and the UK within the framework of Erasmus+ and Turing mobility programs every year. We are aiming to work with a professional that will coordinate with our operations and learning teams to execute and facilitate a learning spaces for Vocational Education students.
Our programs do have 3 main elements 1) Career Design based on our framework EX3 (Examine, Explore, Experience) 2) Work-based Learning project for students to develop their experience 3) Entry-level entrepreneurial program with the aim to develop entrepreneurial skills.
We are looking for a professional to work with our team in developing the following areas;

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for reshaping the world of work to make it more accessible, inclusive, and diverse and to support individuals in creating work happiness.

Note: Most of our programs are delivered in the Barcelona metropolitan area, however, you might be requested to travel within Spain to deliver some programs.
We can offer you trust from day one. You won t need to earn anything, if we both agree in sharing work for 6 months that s because we trust each other.
Independence and support. You will have the support you need and request in order to carry out the projects we will assign to you.
