Cledara is looking for someone to join our growing Engineering team as we continue our journey to revolutionize the software industry. Our customers love our product already, but as we grow and learn we know that we need to ensure product enhancements are shipped on time and at the highest standard.

You'll be working alongside our engineering teams as the gatekeeper to our product changes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing team, with the opportunity to have a big impact at the early stage of a startup journey.

Tasks

• Testing everything in detail before we make releases (we release multiple times a day)
• Writing test cases and building up our documentation
• Reporting and documenting technical changes and issues
• Help troubleshoot issues with our support team
• Post release testing
• Work closely with engineering on all testing and deployments
• Work with Product on upcoming features

Requirements

• You have a great eye for detail
• You have experience in testing
• You understand technology

You understand that we can push the boundaries of normal testing and automate and share test results across Product and Engineering. You are familiar with modern testing tools to improve the quality and security of our product.

Your skills:

You can confidently communicate with users and key stakeholders (in English) to listen, gain insight, share knowledge and collaboratively create.

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Proficiency in Postman / Jira / Github / Datadog
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem solving aptitude

Your Approach:

You are passionate about pushing tests to the limit and thinking clearly about possible user interface / experience issues that might come up.

Problem-solving mindset - you can think creatively to figure out a solution that works for everyone.

Proactive - you have the ability to take ownership of new projects and run with them (of course, checking in when you need to!)

Structured - your research, iterations and workflows are cleanly documented and logical in structure.
