UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) - on-site in Cologne, remote in Germany or EU-wide! Maybe we have just found the right person with you? Everything you need to change real football together with us, you can find here:

Your mission

• Contribute to building the vision of Prematch in a close relationship with the Product Manager.
• Use different exploratory tools and methods to identify real user problems. You will work closely with our research team to deep dive into your topics and conduct usability tests to validate your designs.
• Build smart, scalable and consistent end-to-end experiences
• Create design documentation and high fidelity prototypes for sharing your work with both new and informed stakeholders.
• Work closely with a small cross-functional team that has a strong design culture and focus on research.

What do you need

• Proven track record of designing UX on mobile and web apps
• You have already gained at least 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer
• Strong creative mind always on the lookout to spontaneously suggest new projects & solutions
• Deep appreciation for elegant and thoughtful design with an obsession for details
• Experience with user research and product discovery techniques
• You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
• Excellent communication in English and good knowledge of German
• You are humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
