This job will be based in Saudi Arabia fr Saudi Aramco PMT Department, as we are a UK agency, we can only accept applications from UK/EU nationals for this role.

• BS Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Business Admin, or Accounting, or closely related major Provides all cost engineering expertise and coordinates activities as group/unity leader as required.
  
• Responsible for preparation of cost portion of the engineering, procurement and construction contracts.
  
• Collects, monitors, analyzes and reports all cost information through the Project Manager.
  
• Reviews and analyzes all claims and change orders on project contracts. Participates in the negotiation of projects contacts as required.
  
• Initiates appropriate action when total forecast indicates allocated funds will be exceeded.
  
• Keep abreast of significant developments in cost engineer by close review of technical literature, contracts with contractors, visits to areas of construction, and attendance at professional technical meetings. Utilize computer programs.
