Tasks

What do you own?

• Establish marketing campaigns: You plan, implement, optimize, automate and scale campaigns across paid media channels (Google Search, Meta)
• Test campaigns: You'll develop and run A/B and multivariate tests to understand patient behavior and improve conversion rates
• Automation: Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting, as well as contributing to an automation of campaign management
• Contribute in the development of a launch plan for new practices in close collaboration with our founders and the expansion team
• A plus: Support in building a local community & create and design online/offline events for pet owner

Requirements

If we could bake you, you bring the following:

• +2.5 years of experience in performance marketing in a fast-scaling start-up
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing execution with special focus on: SEO/SEA, Meta ecosystem, native platforms, with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
• Solid knowledge of common marketing stacks (marketing automation, email marketing, etc.), and web analytics tools
• Very good analytical skills to independently design test setups, perform data-driven evaluations and optimize campaigns
• Very good German and English skills as well as exceptional writing skills - in crisp headlines
