Supply Chain Coordinator (d/f/m)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Berlin. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your mission is to drive and own the article lifecycle for our Highsnobiety commerce shop from purchase to online. The role reports directly to the e-commerce Supply Chain Manager.

Tasks

YOUR MISSION:

• Drive the preparation of product data into our ERP systems and ensure a high standard of data quality across all our data systems
• Publish products and campaigns onsite in line with our content-driven e-commerce approach, thus supporting a big part of the buy-to-online process and an essential part of our day-to-day business
• Manage communication on inbound operations with our partner warehouse and ensure that the agreed service levels are adhered to
• Align on a go-live roadmap with other stakeholders across the business from activation to our in-house creative studio
• Suggest improvements around these topics across teams and support process documentation

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS:

• You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic
• You have strong quantitative and analytical skills
• You are fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills, German-speaking skills are a plus
• You have a first experience in supply chain, logistics or operations either through your studies or from working in the ecommerce space
• You are a self-starter, keen to learn and develop at pace with an analytical mindset
