Tasks
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders) you will work closely with our Managers to help us attract the best talent worldwide. You will actively shape the growth path of our organization to become Europe s leading logistics collaboration platform provider with a diverse and international team.
- You are a strategic thinker, bring a progressive, innovative, and thinking outside of the box style to Talent Acquisition
- You are hungry to find the best talents and manage dedicated positions. In addition, you coach our junior recruiter and build up the talent acquisition team in the medium term
- You create new recruitment processes and constantly develop them. In doing so, you use your analytical understanding to make the funnel measurable and more efficient
- You guide your hiring managers through the recruitment process with efficiency and finesse. Mentoring them on best practices, and supporting them in decision-making.
- You will be responsible for sharing best practices, implementing and improve our processes, and driving creative ideas to improve the candidate experience
- You regularly evaluate external resources and ensure that our budget is used wisely
- You develop and execute employer branding initiatives and actively participate in events to find the best candidates
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience as a SeniorTalent Acquisition Manager. Ideally, you have already made a significant contribution to the growth of a scaling start-up
- You have a high university degree, ideally in business administration, psychology, or a related subject
- You have an analytical mindset, work in an organized and independent manner, and are hungry to learn, grow, and help us build a great remote-first company
- You re empathetic, you have a positive attitude and you find creative and pragmatic solutions to daily challenges
- You have excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and an international mindset for a dynamic work environment in which you help build structures and implement processes
- You are business fluent in English, German is a plus
