Procurement Specialist with German

Tasks

In your day-to-day:

• You will guide internal customers about Source To Pay processes and policies
• You will resolve queries for internal customers and suppliers
• You will comply with Source To Pay policies
• You will train end users on the Purchasing systems
• You will perform standard helpdesk and service support activities
• You will conduct research for existing tickets
• You will identify potential problems and/ or delays in resolution and notify the internal customer
• You will handle continuous improvement in Source To Pay operations
• You will be the Point of Contact for supplier requests

Requirements

You're the right person if:

• You have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• You re fluent in English and German
• You have a University degree, preferably an economic oriented degree
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You have an understanding of Source To Pay processes
• You have a good knowledge of compliance regulations and Source To Pay tools
• You have good problem-solving skills, preferably in the Source To Pay context
• You have proven project management experience
• You re a solution-minded team player with a high degree of self-management
• You re comfortable working with MS Office Suite
