Online Digital Marketer - FR or NL

Shyfter is an HR-Tech SaaS company founded in 2019 in Brussels, Belgium. With Shyfter, we focus on solving staff scheduling problems through our cutting-edge web and mobile applications. In a nutshell, we scrap all the boring tasks related to employee scheduling and HR.

Tasks

You are passionate about online marketing in general and especially online acquisition strategies.

You create exciting B2B advertising campaigns in a continuously evolving environment that will never bore you, on top of it you manage our social media channels. Your goal is simple: Create brand awareness and bring daily qualitative leads to our platform.

• Daily management of our paid advertising accounts
• Creation and maintenance of campaigns
• Keyword research & performance reporting
• Write articles & white papers that sells
• You manage our Social media platforms (FB, Insta, Lkn)
• You build a powerful onboarding processes
• Drive traffic to landing pages and get a positive ROAS
• Target, optimize, retarget
• Never stop learning new tools and test new trends
• Automate everything to the max (you don't like boring manual tasks right?)

Requirements

• Result-oriented
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• You have a natural feeling for numbers & marketing
• You pay attention to details
• Multi-tasking & eager to learn
• You work with the latest trendy tools
• French or Dutch Native, with a good NL/FR + EN oral and written communication skills.
• A perfect spelling in french or dutch.
• Marketing or statistical background is a plus

We don t look at diplomas, just skills & motivation counts. On top of it, you are eager to learn new techniques, new growth technologies and tactics for customer acquisition (growth hacking/list building/ ).
