Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - 25-40hrs/week - remote position

Tasks

• Oversee all marketing campaigns
• Leading the marketing team and coordinating operations & communications between departments
• Ideation, conceptualising and realisation for marketing promotions and campaigns
• Developing promotion strategies that can be executed across all channels and securing that ethos and tone of voice stay on brand
• Monthly and Quarterly planning of upcoming events, launches and campaigns
• Organisation and execution of new product launches
• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns

Day-to-Day Duties

• Manage and coordinate the marketing and creative team
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
• Monitor current campaigns, ensuring team members meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks
• Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

Requirements

• Experience in the field of online marketing, preferably e-commerce
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Familiarity with the latest trends
• Experience in the field of performance marketing is a plus
