Junior Operations Manager (all genders)

As a Junior Operations Manager at Every you are responsible for leading carrier and 3PL development and rapidly developing a carrier and 3PL network / capacity for your markets. You will also work to strategically develop long-term relationships with those partners.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish: onboarding 3PL and last-mile delivery services, handling the technical integrations with our logistics partners and ensuring daily operational excellence with Every;
• Work closely with our Fulfillment Center and technical teams as well as third parties such as technical integration partners to ensure a smooth rollout;
• Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and communication of progress to all parties;
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives to help our business scale.

We believe, you'll be successful if...

• You are fluent in both spoken and written English and German (this is a must)
• You are passionate about supporting and working with people and are known for your organizational skills.
• You demonstrate creative problem-solving in your daily work and keep yourself updated on Best Practices.
• You have Client-facing experience, stakeholder management, ability to lead conversations and influence business decisions;
• You perceive challenges as opportunities to apply your creative problem-solving.
• Have strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• You have experience working in cross-functional teams
