Tech Product Owner

Job Description:

• Experienced in and can demonstrate strong ownership of the product and team by successfully delivering on team commitments and goals.
• Managing and prioritizing the team backlog (i.e., JIRA)
• Assists with communicating the vision and roadmap during PI Planning
• Customer Centric mindset: Able to connect with end user needs and how they interact with solutions/features
• Building Trust: able to establish trust relationships with colleagues/stakeholders, is open to view of others, and able to take responsibility for own actions.
• Conflict Resolution: Experienced and able to resolve conflicts with team members, demonstrates active listening with the focus to resolve conflict.
• Teamwork: Experienced and demonstrates working as a team; seeking perspective/expertise of others.
• Domain knowledge in Healthcare - Clinical systems (Providers, ADT systems e.g., EPIC, Order Systems, Results Management, Medicare), HL7, HIPAA.
• Kanban board and burn down chart and other relative dashboard
• Negotiation & Rapid Decision-Making capabilities
• Lean Agile thinking, Agile Mindset & Growth Mindset
• Demonstrates creativity & initiative
• Able to write user stories in a BDD format
