Your mission

Being a Product Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

• Technological consulting of customers and colleagues in the Account Management
• Point of contact for technical questions in the context of the quotation preparation and 1st level technical costumer support.
• Communication between HQ in China and other EMEA Offices on the subject of product development, technical improvement and product changes
• Evaluation of certification requirements and supervision of test- and certification processes
• Technical documentation management
• Customer visits across EMEA region
• Frequent benchmarking of our products against competition
• Frequent monitoring of market development

Ideally You are seated with us here in Warsaw , but should your personal situation not allow this, then we can also place you remotely!

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats why it is essential for you to have:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering or a similar background

or

• a higher education qualification or business related studies with technical counterparts

In the end, if you have had at ~2-3 years of practical experience in the field of technical conception, technical sales, technical development in the PV and/or PV inverter industry,
then you are fit for this opportunity!

Anyway, besides that, it would be amazing if you think of yourself like this:

• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and commercial skills
• Passion for the topic renewables.
• Language requirements: Polish and English at least C1
• Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
• Attention to details. You're able to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand-aligned experience
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a plus
