Operations Intern (m/f/d)

Your tasks

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Intern, that will be supporting the Junior Operations Manager. During your Internship, you will work cross-functionally to support with a variety of tasks including:

• Working closely with the Junior Operations Manager on inbound & outbound management and planning
• Support in day-to-day communication with our 3PL (warehouse/fulfilment partner)
• Assist with communicating to our world renowned B2B clients and corresponding customer service
• Creating shipping and customs documents, as well as managing these in our ERP system
• Support with the preparation for online collection launches
• Support our D2C customer service team on day-to-day tasks and claims
• Contribute to dedicated operations projects

Your profile

• Currently enrolled as a student and looking for a 6 months compulsory internship as part of your university studies (proof must be included in application)
• Studies in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Management or other relevant subjects
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment together with several teams
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Strong excel skills
• Experience with NetSuite and Shopify a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) required (German is a plus)
