First impressions count. To get our guests memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we re looking for our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in Rome a Reservation Agent, who can make booking process feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you ll mostly be:
- Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes;
- Making the booking process feel swift and seamless, tailor-making the customer s stay according to its preferences;
- Acknowledging Loyalty programs as well as stimulating customer s loyalty to the hotel;
- Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings;
- Efficiently handling all aspects of the reservation, from guest preferences to ancillary services;
- Staying one step ahead of our guests needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
- Being our guests trusted contact helping with request;
- Reporting to Reservation Supervisor.

Requirements
- Communication skills - guests will need to talk to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you ll be easy to talk to;
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest can start its stay with a good feeling;
- Fluency in Italian & English language, extra language skills would be an advantage;
- Literate and tech-savvy - you ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills, including familiarity with Opera PMS;
- Preferred working experience with similar roles in International Luxury Hotel Brands
