Product Owner (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As our Product Owner (m/f/d) you create and maintain the product backlog. You work together with the development teams on finding the optimal way to meet the business goals. Join us in our mission of automizing pathology labs and reducing errors!

• You are accountable for owning and managing the backlog for our software products from start to final delivery
• You translate the Customers' and/or Stakeholders' business requirements into a product-specific user story for the Development Team
• You work with product management and the development team to determine scope and schedule for releases
• You approve the product increment delivered by the development team and make it is ready for the release to our customers
• You proactively collaborate with different teams to provide product vision, direction, and priorities

Requirements

• Several years of experience in working as a Product Owner (m/f/d) with cross-functional software engineering teams
• Knowledge of and passion for Agile software development methodologies
• The ability to understand Customers' needs and deliver great solutions
• Efficient writing of clear user stories plus acceptance criteria that have led to a successful delivery
• Fluent in English along with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Previous MedTech experience would be an asset
