• Prioritize flows of candidates based on analysis
  

• Balance work of outbound channels
  

• Market research & analysis
  

• Working with reports
  

• Collaborating with recruitment and marketing teams
  

• Researching and analyzing large volumes of information
  

Must haves

• 1+ year experience in data analysis, data quality, and data entry
  

• Strong knowledge of Excel/GoogleSheets
  

• Excellent written and good spoken English
  

• Good negotiation and communication skills
  

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  

• Ownership mindset
  

• Aptitude for easy-learning
  

• Attention to detail
  

• Ability to Google like a Pro and present research in a structured way
  

Nice to haves

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Lead Generation, Sales, or Customer Support
  

• Understanding of the IT industry, Recruiting processes, and technologies trends
  

• Experience in candidates database maintenance (CRM)
