Metabay is platform powered by NFT technology, that allows influencers to get closer to their community through 1,000 unique access passes. Those digital access passes offer to fans unique connections, exclusive content, and gift/rewards from influencer s universe. Those access passses are unique, traceable, and can be exchanged within the fans. Meanwhile, the influencer get funds to build more content/projects, offer value to the community, and get further exposure to grow his community.

Metabay ambition is to become the leading web 3.0 platform for influencer s, allowing community to connect with them like never before.

Tasks

• Identify, reach out and onboard new influencers to the project on an ongoing basis.
• Manage relationships with influencers, managers, agents and attend relevant associated networking events
• Contribute to the company s strategy and value model for influencers and their community
• Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and oversee social posting & content delivery.
• Manage giveaways and community events on social channels (Instagram, Discord, Telegram, Intercom)
• Drafts and/or edits various materials, including strategic presentations, social copy; also coordinates collection and distribution of relevant game assets
• Assist in social asset creation: manage freelance designer as needed, support brand founder as needed, assist in production of how-to videos and other content

Requirements

Required

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in digital media, with specific experience handling influencer relations
• Relevant talent and talent management relationships
• Tapped into trends in social media/digitally-savvy.
• Passion for web 3.0 and blockchain technologies
• Autonomous, proactive, and like to take initiatives
• Networking aptitude

Preferred

• Prior experience in Startup
