YOUR TASKS
- Management of the Timber Digestion Department
- Establishment of the new department
- Identifying the required positions and describing the job requirements
- Staff management and promotion
- Development of new projects
- Responsibility for the timely implementation of projects
- Implementing and continuously improving processes
- Optimisation and maintenance of internal processes and interfaces
- Responsibility for compliance with legal regulations in the department
- Processing the department's invention notifications
- Supporting the project managers with administrative tasks
- Data protection coordinator for the department
- Budget responsibility for the department
- Networking within the department
- Reports to the Scientific Executive Board
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Completed scientific university studies in areas of chemistry, pulp technology, process engineering or wood technology
- At least 5 years of industrial work experience in the field with the implementation of product and/or process development projects
- Proven experience in disciplinary and technical leadership
- Sound knowledge of project management, process management, innovation management
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- A high degree of self-motivation and independence
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- A high degree of teamwork
- Ability and willingness to lead departments
