Electrician/Electro-mechanical

We from Adecco Belgium are looking for our client EQUANS, the new name of ENGIE Solutions in Belgium, an Electrician/Electro-Mechanical for the Desteldonk site. At EQUANS Desteldonk they carry out maintenance and interventions on technical installations of the customers. The technicians in Desteldonk maintain complex technical installations in the electrical and mechanical field, in the most diverse sectors such as chemicals, (petro)chemicals, production and food companies.

Tasks

Your duties will include:

In concrete terms, you are responsible for the electrical part: assembly, cabling repairs, connecting cabinets, connecting motors, etc. On a mechanical level, you are responsible for general key work: drilling and cutting for cable ducts, assembly and disassembly of mechanical parts of the installation ( BV cooling hoods). If you can still weld with an electrode, this can be a plus.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• electrical or electromechanical training
• valid VCA certificate
• have a valid BA4 & BA5 certificate or be willing to start training
• Industry experience is a plus
• team player
• To be able to write and speak Dutch. This is in the public interest to be able to guarantee safety, especially when outside companies have to be guided and advised (technical and safety).
