IT Service Desk Agent (m/w/d)

Mauser Packaging Solutions is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated IT Service Desk Agent (m/w/d) based in our International Headquarter in Bruehl Germany.

Tasks

• Remote support from our location in Br hl for user in International;
• Acceptance of Service Tickets from our Ticketing System and walk-in customers;
• Working on 1st and 2nd level support tickets locally and via remote connection;
• Solving issues and handling requests using different tools;
• Support our Business Units during IT projects.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in the field of IT;
• Detailed knowledge in the areas of Windows Client OS (10), Mobile Devices (iPhone,
  Android),Client Hardware (Notebooks, Workstations and PCs);
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support of End-Users;
• Proficient German, and English language skills;
• ITIL-Knowledge;
• Analytic mindset and good communication skills.
