Overview

Milano Vice is looking for a strategic and experienced People & Talent Manager to work closely with the Co-Founders. The role will shape and deliver the business s vision and strategic Human Resources plans as we expand in existing markets and open new locations. This will be an opportunity to build the HR Department, from the ground up. The role will play an integral part in leading Milano Vice into its next stage of growth.

Tasks

Job description

• You are the point of contact of our Staff for all administrative matters and manage administration, including document creation and management (contracts, reference letters etc.), data management, payroll preparation, team events
• You are in charge of the sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring of our new talents
• You support the Founders in building processes and setting up tools to build the HR Function
• You proactively seek ways to ensure a strong company culture, high engagement and excellent performance throughout the organization
• You provide support to the operational team (leaders and hiring managers) as a partner, coach, and trusted advisor to and assist them with their challenges
• Together with our Chief of Staff, you bring our culture to the next level that attracts top talent.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree and have an interest in a Human Resources Career
• You have experience in recruitment
• You are a German labor law expert
• You have a very diligent work style, positive attitude, low ego & energizing personality
• You enjoy building processes from scratch and want to shape and deliver the business s vision
• You easily engage and inspire people with strong verbal and written communication skills (in German and English)
