Linux System Administrator (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

For our department "Fraud & Abuse Management" we are looking for an IT System Administrator (f/m/d) with immediate effect. The responsibility includes the administration and conceptual design of our departmental infrastructure as well as the adherence to IT security and compliance requirements. Existing good knowledge in our used toolset completes your profile.

These are your tasks:

• Conception, setup, and operation of our departmental infrastructure concerning change management, deployment, and configuration management.
• Analysis and monitoring of infrastructure and services.
• Implementation of legal requirements regarding IT security, data protection, and compliance.
• Preparation of audits and implementation of compliance and other requirements.
• Documentation.
• Participation in compensated on-call duty (weekly 24/7).

We Appreciate:

• Academic degree in the field of computer science or a comparable achieved qualification, or relevant work experience (at least 2 years).
• Deployment pipeline tools: ansible, git, Jenkins, Nexus (or other repository management software).
• Basic knowledge of GNU/Linux (Debian).
• Also: ElasticSearch and Kibana, icinga, prometheus, grafana.
• Knowledge about compliance and legal requirements (GDPR, BSI, IT-Grundschutz, etc).
• Passionate about Teamwork, high motivation for learning, English, ability to work independently and self-conscientously.
