Data Science and Analytics Mentor [m/f/d]

Your mission

In this position, you will be part of a team of educational data scientists and data science mentors, ensuring the learning success of our participants by proactively supporting them in learning data analytics and data science content. In addition to mentoring our participants, you will play a role in continually optimizing our courses and thus contribute to the high quality of our courses on all levels.

Your tasks

• Explaining the data analytics and data science content of our online courses in the remote classroom
• Developing and creating high-quality live learning units
• Conducting individual project consultation sessions with participants
• Contact person for content-related and technical questions via email, forum and telephone
• Carrying out individual mentoring sessions
• Quality assurance and continuous development of existing courses

Your profile

• You have a degree (Bachelor) in a quantitative field
• You have experience in teaching complex subjects, e.g., as a tutor
• You enjoy having contact with our course participants
• You use Python as well as pandas and matplotlib. Additional experience with machine learning algorithms is desirable
• You are able to look at things from the perspective of our course participants and are happy to support them in the learning process
• You have good communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team and have a hands-on mentality
• You speak and write German at a high level (C2)
