Senior People & Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

In this role you are responsible to build up Aeyde s talent function in all aspects. You will be the sole keeper of the entire talent acquisition strategy and work very closely with the CEO and leadership team to find the best talents around the globe.

• You are responsible for the entire implementation and execution of the talent strategy
• Together with the management you will align on priorities and focus positions
• You will drive the direct search process and own the entire talent acquisition side
• You will empower the management and hiring managers to build their teams by defining lean processes and unlocking & scaling the incoming pool of talents
• Establish partnerships with best-in-class recruiters, industry experts and top universities to attract top talent across the entire organization
• Strategic and operational ownership for all employer branding activities
• Support in special projects like team events, employee wellbeing and employee training
• General Business Development for the area talents

Your profile

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in People/HR roles, ideally in a startup environment and with a strong background in Talent Acquisition
• Academic degree in Business Administration, Psychologie, HR Management or similar
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written (German language is a plus)
• Experience with Personio or other recruiting tools
• Well-organized and good at keeping timelines
• Start-up driven mindset with high level of flexibility
• Warm-hearted and team building personality
• Ability to motivate, empower
