React Native Frontend Developer

The ONVY HealthTech Group GmbH is a Digital Health company from Munich, Germany. ONVY built a wearable agnostic platform that translates data into private health management. Thereby ONVY helps you to understand the impact of your habits and daily lifestyle choices on your wellbeing and gives you guidance on how to optimally balance your physical and mental wellbeing so you can focus, feel and perform better.

Tasks

• Implement features for our mobile app on iOS and Android using React Native
• Implement data visualizations using d3.js
• Implement communication to the backend using GraphQL and REST
• Communicate with our UX team regarding new features
• Communicate with our backend team regarding API implementations

Requirements

• Fluent in English or German
• Minimum 3 years experience as Frontend Developer, developing visually appealing frontend website architecture, including translating ready-made designs from UX team into frontend code.
• Strong experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Solid experience as a member of agile teams like SCRUM / Kanban
• Excellent coding skills and experience with Test Driven Development.
• Drive to develop highly readable and maintainable code.
• Experience with cross-platform app development (iOS and Android).
• Strong React Native, Typescript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML knowledge.

Nice to have:

• d3.js experience
• Apple HealthKit experience
• Experience with AWS (Amplify, AppSync etc.)
• Experience with Fastlane and AppStore Connect
• Previous participation in healthcare, wearable projects.
• Proven track-record of open-source contributions
