Senior Finance Systems Manager (HYBRID)

Overview

We are expanding our management team with a Senior Finance Systems Manager in the Bay Area of California. This role will be heavily involved in managing Oracle ERP Cloud Financials platform (P2P, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, Close & Consolidation).

Responsibilities

• Internal lead for R2R area on the Oracle ERP Financials Cloud Implementation project partnering with our implementation partner ensuring the solutions implemented are aligned with our business needs.
• Closely work with the ERP implementation team on testing the solutions delivered, identifying and creating reports and ensuring proper SOP documentation for transition.
• Participate in M&A projects to integrate acquisitions seamlessly into our existing platforms
• Manage BSAs and Oracle admin/integrations team, deliver global support and enhancements in the R2R space (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, Close & Consolidation modules once in production), and ensure all the priority issues are resolved on a timely manner.
• Manage, demand, and prioritize requests for enhancements and new development across the Oracle cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Application Financials AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, Close & Consolidation (EPM) modules preferably on Oracle ERP Cloud, R12/R13
• Deep Understanding of Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
• Experience managing and communicating with a team of high performing senior BSA's, Admin's and Developers globally.
