Job Description:

• 10+ Years of overall experience
• Cloud Solutions for user Messaging using MS Exchange, EXO and Postfix
• Plan, design and engineer MS Exchange solutions to integrate with applications and processes
• Lead software engineering efforts from requirements, analysis, design, development and implementation
• Work effectively in a global team development environment
• Integrate Cloud and on premise solutions to provide a unified Hybrid user experience
• Create and integrate automated governance solutions to enforce usage policies and make it easy to consume and manage our services
• Work in different roles across the solution lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, integration, development, testing, support, etc)
• Translate ideas into valuable business solutions
• Several years of solid experience as an engineer, and within financial services is a plus
• solid experience with MS Exchange, EXO and M365 Services
• strong administrative experience with large scale Multi-Geo implementations
• PowerShell and scripting
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test driven development (TDD)
• Strong documentation skills for architectures, designs, test plans, test cases, and other artifacts
• Strong analytical skills for designing solutions, methodical testing, and problem-solving skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
