Jr/Sr Supply Chain & Manufacturing Engineer(17578)

• Lead production and procurement team on all new product introduction and ramp-up.
• Conduct relevant CAD and DFMEA steps from internal designs to design for manufacturing
• Collaborate with all teams to develop prototype, failure analysis, and improvements.
• Plan, design and develop roadmaps for the team on product-specific testing, certification, and market launch
• Identify and develop supplier partners and enable the transfer of knowledge.
• Engineer solutions that are manufacturable and within cost guidelines
• Work with thin metal parts across different processing techniques
• Upgrade and industrialize fabricators
• Build new networks of manufacturers and fabricators
• Lead vendor development and procurement for all electronics products
• Collaborate with Mechanical design, CFD, Electrical Engineering, and Design teams to ensure product functionality, quality, price expectations
• Optimize manufacturing cost and time where relevant
• Develop and implement methodologies and plans to ensure the use of sustainable materials and processes in the product manufacturing.
• Build in-house tweaking and maintenance capabilities based on expected manufacturing challenges
• Enforce high quality and tolerance standards for each part designed, fabricated, and assembled
• Deal with multi-national vendors and product pricing, procurement, hedging.
