2. Experience on CRM Marketing plan , segmentation , target group creation , Campaigns execution, Trex
3. Expertise in Integration of CRM with systems ike ECC /BW / Salesforce and other 3rd party systems and Expertise in Middleware scenarios -- Bdocs , Idocs , Queues and Troubleshooting
4. Expertise in Web Channel Configuration , Concept of UI , Interaction center configuration in CRM
5. Knowledge on CRM Loyalty Management
6. Knowledge on Design of BP creation and maintenance through workflow management . Developed B2B and B2C portals. Custom reports , integration with BI.
7. Knowledge on Configuring product registration, warranty management, pricing for return as well as repair process. sales order management process Implementation of creation of BP through workflow, integration with Adobe Forms. Configuration of Lead, opportunity, questionnaire, status etc.
8. Knowledge on SalesForce Administration
9. Knowledge of debugging ABAP Function Modules and programs
10. Valid visa to work in Australia
11. Work from any major city in Australia (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Tasmania)
