Program Manager

One of your automotive clients in Guelph, ON is looking for a Program Manager for their Tier-1 / 2 facility.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ability to work successfully in a fast paced team environment with minimum supervisor

• Minimum of 5 years automotive industry with SR, Engineering role / Program management experience

• Excellent knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, DVP &R, GD&T, PPAP and other core tools

• Excellent interpersonal, written and communications skills

• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes/system, (Stamping, Molding, Assembly, Welding)

• Maintain a valid passport and flexible to travel to customer sites in North America and abroad

• Good sound process improvement and documentation skills

• Strong presentation and analytical skills

• Manage new project APQP reviews and kick off meetings

• Manage & coordinate new projects & engineering changes on time and within budget

Qualifications-

• Engineering Degree

• 6-Sigma blackbelt

• Experience working on New-Production Development

• Experience working as a Program Manager in automotive industry.
