الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for the development and oversight of the total Property Administration Program for contracts assigned to the Division.
- Monitor contracts to assure adequate control and care of government property, property accountability, and appropriate utilization of government-furnished property.
- Conduct Property Management System Analysis; disposition excess property utilizing the DoD Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System; make determinations of liability on loss cases in the DoD loss tool.
- Develop interfaces with other agencies' property requirements supporting programs managed by the Division and confers with prime contractors on property matters to assure the effectiveness of management instructions concerning government property.
- Serve as consultant on property and plant clearance administration matters.
- Develop plant clearance projects as required to ensure timely disposition of Government property.
