Talentry is looking for a solid Data Science Engineer experience analyzing biological data. This person will design experiments to optimize and interpret -omics (proteomics/genomics) data

This Data Engineer evaluate protein abundances in samples from diseased and control patients to identify biomarkers in collaboration with research scientists (both internal and in collaboration.)

The right person for this role will develop algorithms, tools, and platforms to effectively ingest, manage, analyze, store, and deliver scientific data.

Requirements

BS in biology, bioinformatics, or another similar technical field.

3 + year of experience.

Proven experience with R/Python and similar tools.

Demonstrated high-throughput biological data analyses

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
