HR Executives

We are looking for a part-time HR Executive (4 Hours a day) to manage our company s recruiting and employee engagement.

HR Executive responsibilities include managing HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have some background in Human Resources departments.

• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  
• Deal with employees queries related to HR including salaries etc.
  
• Schedule interviews with candidates and onboard new employees using HRIS.
  
• Manage and maintain our current HRIS (Zoho People and Zoho Recruit)
  
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  
• Perform new employee background checks
  
• Implement performance review procedures
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR Executive Minimum 1 Year
  
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  
• Solid communication skills
  
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
