الوصف الوظيفي
- Handling the tendering/procurement process starting from the issuance of the Invitation for Bidder (IFB) till submission which enclosed the following:
- Accepting the IFB, and circulating the notice to all related departmento .
- Coordinating with all Departments to obtain the CAPEX & OPEX for that tender.
- Attending the Job-x and communicating the Q&A from the company to the customer and vice versa.
- Preparation of the tender documents (Commercial, Technical, and IKTIVA) within the given deadline by the customer.
- Ensuring the submission within the given deadline by the customer.
- Tracking the tender status and clarifying any clarification issued by the customers
- Meeting the customer regularly for business development as well as clearing any issues between the company and the customer
