A university degree in a relevant discipline and 2 years of specific experience on ICT Projects Management

Develops project plans and performs as Project Manager, coordinates with project stakeholders and reports on project execution and control
Requirements capture of Core and Networks equipment
Develops technical assessments for existing and emerging requirements and engages with Business Units, CSU elements and enablers for planning and prioritization
Manages changes and configuration items and support to all CSU change management and Service Asset and Configuration Management activities in accordance with Agency directives, processes and local procedures
Ensure the integrity of assigned ICT assets, manages system backups and restorations, advises on IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
Plans and manages implementation of procedures, tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the performance of ICT assets and provides reports as required
Develop proficiencies on the systematic approach to training process to better support a practical, results-oriented training program. Technical Management support to the hardware and tools to maintain the systems used by the Academy
Conducts activation, configuration, operation and maintenance of networking and communication platforms, to include IP networks, audio, video, telephony and radio systems
Discovers and documents facility and equipment configurations, updates systems records, advises on capacity planning
Applies procedures and instructions from current Service Management processes to ensure agreed service levels are met, provides status and reports
Develops procedures and instructions for systems operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, recurring tasks
