Support the Senior Change Manager to ensure all Business Readiness, Communications and People changes are identified, planned and delivered.
Business readiness - support on assessing the business teams’ readiness for change and provide support for, and assurance that, the new operating models work effectively.
People readiness - provide support for both teams and individuals in moving from their current states to their future states. Prepare, equip and support teams to successfully adopt the change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes
Communication - support the drafting of communications and presentations for the Strategy Office and Transformation team.
Lead smaller initiatives from idea to delivery and post implementation review.
Culture and Engagement - support in identifying and driving change in behaviours to achieve our One TLS, working together strategy.
Work with the team to support their change management remits and other activities as required.
Effectively engage with stakeholders across the business.
