Sell2Rent is seeking a Senior NoSQL Developer to join our remote team and be responsible for workingamong a team of database & storage engineers focused on defining road maps, standards, use cases and optimizing performance.

Sell2Rent is revolutionizing Real Estate by creating a platform that empowers homeowners to sell their homes (and stay in them as renters) to investors who want to acquire those properties. S2R will bring to mainstream America what corporate America has had for decades: Lease-Backs. We will allow homeowners to unlock equity from their most significant asset, their home while allowing them to stay as renters. Sell2Rent is a technology-first company that sees a giant opportunity in the single-family home market. Starting in the US and then globally. Every year over six million homes are sold in the US alone. How many can be sold when owners realize they can sell, cash out and stay in the homes they love?

• Create an advance, scalable and flexible NoSQL DB architecture and solution for the organization
  
• Design a SQL to NoSQL migration strategy to optimize data operations for the organization
  
• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database software (MongoDB, MySQL, Cassandra or equivalent)
  
• Manage the operations for both development and production databases
  
• Create and configure monitors to establish the health of servers and the databases running on them
  
• Troubleshoot NoSQL issues and performance bottlenecks
  
• Work with internal teams to plan and schedule application upgrades
  
• Effectively multi-task handling day-to-day assignments given moderate directions and supervision
  
• Work with customers to help determine and deploy the best data store technology and data model strategy for their
  
• needs
  
• Design, implement, maintain, and automate the appropriate backup and recovery architecture as required
  
• Submit service requests to software vendors and drive resolution through to completion
  

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience engineering and/or administering NoSQL infrastructure
  
• Proficient with Database projects such as Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.
  
• Extensive familiarity with Linux operating system administration.
  
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving aptitude
