Salesforce FieldService Architect / Sr. Developer

Job Description:

• Salesforce Field Service architecture and implementation knowledge with 5+ years of designing and configuration experience
  
• Experience in leading business stakeholder workshops and design sessions across Salesforce Field Service
  
• Expert in Field Service Scheduling, Routing, and Optimization features.
  
• Experience in design and development of technical solutions on the Lightning platform and custom Field Service solutions
  
• Knowledge of the Field Service Mobile app, mobile offline framework, and experience with designing FS mobile app extensions / flows.
  
• Knowledge of Dispatcher Console, Experience Cloud, Appointment Assistant, Assets, Inventory Management, Maintenance Plans, Service Contracts, Entitlements, Warranty, Return Order.
  
• Bonus if having exposure to complimentary products such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
